Effective September 15, 2003,under Chapter 456.013(7), Florida Statutes requires the completion of a 2 hour course in the prevention of medical errors as part of the initial and renewal licensure process.

The DOH Board of Athletic Training has approved the following courses to fulfill the "Prevention of Medical Errors" requirement:
